Kumo is a 1:1 full-size replica of the Mutable Instruments Clouds granular processor, using the same circuit and firmware with identical functionality. Clouds captures incoming audio into a buffer and rebuilds it from overlapping grains, with control over position, size, pitch, density, texture and stereo spread, plus built-in reverb and diffusion. Alternative firmware such as Parasites is supported.
Built by hand in California. With an anodized aluminum panel, genuine Rogan knobs, real Alpha pots and the same components as the original, it is as close as you can come in a new build.
